Classic WoW Lvl 10 Pet Quest for Orc Hunter

This guide addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just before Thotar provides you with a taming Rod for your Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar offers you a number of three taming rods, every one differs and allows you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and finally an Armored Scorpid.

When you have accomplished the taming part of the Quest taming rod surf crawler chain, you will need to head to Orgrimmar and talk to Ormak Grimshot in the Valley of Honor in order to unlock your companion pet managing skills: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.
